Lyophilization Service
Transwell Biotech is dedicated to developing technologies for the isolation, purification, and lyophilization of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and exosomes. The sources of our EVs and exosomes include chicken embryonic cells, human dermal fibroblasts, and human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. Analysis and quantification are conducted using a nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) instrument. Cell and animal experiments have confirmed that our EVs and exosomes can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and dermal papilla cells, stimulate collagen secretion by fibroblasts, reduce cell damage caused by free radicals and oxidative stress, suppress immune cells, improve lung fibrosis and enhance lung function in mice. Transwell Biotech's developed EVs and exosomes are expected to be utilized in new drug development and as ingredients for cosmetic skincare products. They contribute to the development and advancement of regenerative medicine and inject new momentum into economic growth.
